Before LXA:  Senior Managing Director at Blackstone and Asia Head of its USD 36 billion Tactical Opportunities business. He launched the firm's presence in Singapore, recruited much of the senior team (including Singapore Chairman Gautam Banerjee), and made it the firm's regional hub in Asia.   

Before LXA: Co-founder and Head of Operations at Better (NASDAQ: BETR), a leading digital mortgage lender in the US that has originated over US$100 billion in residential mortgages. He oversaw its core lending and real estate businesses with responsibility for over 3,000 team members across 5 offices.  

Before LXA:  Executive Director in the Credit Department of Bank of Singapore. She has over 20 years of experience in credit analytics, debt capital markets and wealth management in US and Singapore. 

Before LXA:  Regional Head of In-Force Portfolio Management at Allianz Asia Pacific and Chief Risk Officer at Allianz Insurance Singapore. He is a trained actuary with global experience across major insurers. 

Before LXA:  Senior Marketing Director at ERA Real Estate and Head of Premier Mortgage Team at OCBC Bank. He has over 15+ years of experience within real estate and real estate financing.  

Before LXA:  Strategy and Business Operations at Better and former McKinsey consultant with experiences across financial services, private equity and consumer technology. 

Before LXA:  Director of Electric8 where he led Product, Design and UX teams. Prior to that, he was a Product Director at Carousell (SEA e-commerce unicorn) and part of the early vintage of Google Product Managers (2007-14). 

Before LXA:  VP of Engineering at Flip and Senior Strategic Cloud Engineer at Google. He is the host of the popular podcast Tech Lead Journal with over 150+ episodes in conversation with worldwide technical leaders. 

Before LXA: VP, Fund Operations and Investor Reporting and subsequently COO at Credit Asia Capital. She also had prior experiences managing Finance at Temasek Holdings and at Citigroup earlier in her career. 

Before LXA:  Head of APAC Sales at Nat West Markets; MD and Head of Strategic Risk Solutions at Citi. He brings decades of experience in institutional sales of credit and risk products.    

Before LXA: Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Prudential Singapore, and CIO at Credit Suisse. She is an experienced C-suite exec with extensive experience investing and allocating across asset classes. 

Before LXA:  Former Head of Consumer Bank and Group Wealth Management at OCBC Bank. He is an experienced advisor to the C-suite and is a faculty member at the Wealth Management Institute.
